Sofia keeps the entire Marcos machine running smoothly. With a background in hospitality management, she ensures every guest leaves with a smile and a full stomach.
Luca joined Marcos in 2011 straight from culinary school in Florence. He leads the kitchen team daily, creating seasonal specials that keep our marcos pizza menu exciting year-round.
Amber is the friendly face of Marcos. With 8 years at the front of house, she knows most regulars by name and works tirelessly to make every visit feel like coming home.
